Marc Castro, CEO and Marc Gallucci, CTO founded Datalyse in 2017.
With several years of experience of working together, as business development and IT developer respectively, their relationship in business has been synergistic. Marc Castro worked in a call centre environment and found customers were frustrated with the service they received. Part of this was due to the systems in place, from the CRM system to the telephony system and a lack of automation. He saw a gap in the market and worked with Marc Galluci to find a solution and so Datalyse was borne.
Datalyse was created for businesses both small and large to have the solutions without having to use multiple providers and applications. Such as CRM systems, telephony and automation. The CRM management system was developed to ensure that businesses had the tools in place to engage with their sales teams and in turn the sales teams provide the best service through up to date technology to customers.
Datalyse is on a mission to build the world’s easiest call centre software and most recently, we have been recognised for it.
Proud to be selected as 2019 Finalist - Disrupter of the Year by The Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2019.
