Marc Castro, CEO and Marc Español, CTO founded Datalyse in 2017.
With several years of experience of working together a number of years ago, as business development and IT developer respectively, their relationship in business was synergistic. Marc Castro worked in a call centre environment and found customers were frustrated with the service they received. Part of this was due to the systems in place, from the CRM system to the telephony system. He saw a gap in the market and worked with Marc Galluci to find a solution and so Datalyse was borne.
Datalyse started up for businesses both small and large that couldn’t afford the high prices of CRM systems and telephony. The CRM management system was developed to ensure that businesses had the tools in place to engage with their sales teams and in turn the sales teams provide the best service through up to date technology to customers.
Today, Datalyse has grown with 3 more team members and covers not only the UK, but Europe and has clients in South America.
Datalyse is on a mission to build the world’s easiest call centre software and most recently, we have been recognised for it.
