No cost per minute and no cost of forwarding within the Datalyse network. AI charges are billed separately.
They operate on conventional telephones and via a modern web widget that can be installed with a single line of code. Customisation is straightforward: you indicate what it should do and when, define its personality and grant permissions for actions such as creating contacts, opening tickets or incidents and performing diversions.
In web mode it also executes client-specific functions or redirects to client URLs on request, e.g. to display prices or detailed product information. All without code and in an automated way. The AI is designed to work as a support, sales, marketing or administration employee as needed.
